the decks), the Villa is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms and 4 ˝
baths. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with the ˝ bath
accessible from the ground floor patio area. Each bedroom (with the
exception of the smallest room) has exterior access via the deck
areas and can be locked off for privacy when sharing the Villa with
guests or owners.
The bedrooms and main living area are also air conditioned and
equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort. The furniture
throughout the Villa is hand made by local craftsmen out of
sustainable native grown hardwoods. Custom window coverings offer
both privacy and sunlight so you can enjoy the beautiful weather of
Guanacaste throughout the year.
Satellite TV, DVD players, music sound systems and wireless internet
access along with land line telephone and fax service will make your
vacation complete.
The stainless appliances are complete with ice maker and water
dispenser. There is also access to a commercial ice maker for your
beach and pool needs. The kitchen is fully equipped for groups of
eight and all of the convenience appliances are supplied, coffee
makers, rice cooker, microwave oven, crock pot and a complete
compliment of pots, pans and utensils.
Soaring wood ceilings, custom windows, counter tops and bath tile
complete the Villa to make it truly a one of a kind custom Costa
Rica Villa.
Spacious decks complete with outdoor chairs, tables and lounges with
overhead exterior ceiling fans make the outdoor living area
outstanding. The “L” shaped verandas allow the gentle mountain and
ocean breezes to circulate around and throughout the Villa. The
landscaping provides privacy and shade while surrounding you in your
own private jungle.
A spacious garage, complete with private storage, allows you to
store and protect your own personal vacation items while you are
away.
The villa is complete with a 24 hour security system and the staff
includes a gardener, pool maintenance staff, repair crew, cleaning
services and if needed a chef. We believe that the Villas at Punta
