The site is gently sloped and the existing lagoon will be expanded and landscaped. Over 360 fruit trees have already or are in the process of being planted. The entire site as well as each individual lot site is outlined by beautiful flowering hedges for privacy. Ornamental plants and flowers will be added as each Villa is completed.

Native, trees, shrubbery and literally thousands of flowers make Punta Dakota a paradise. Swaying frond palms and majestic coconut palms complete the dry tropical rain forest atmosphere. Native bamboos will provide privacy and the selection of plants will attract wildlife to and throughout the property. Birds, mammals, reptiles and monkeys will enjoy the grounds as much if not more than us humans.

Exterior lighting will subtly add to the nighttime experience at Punta Dakota. Softly accenting the Villa, Pool, drive and walkways, the lighting will provide not only safety but add to the romantic nature of the property itself.

A landscaped path will allow easy access through the mangroves, making for a short stroll to the Pacific Ocean and Playa de Coyote. The beach is a wonderful place to play in the surf, watch the sunrise or sunset, sip your favorite cold beverage as you stroll its length, exploring or looking for shells, driftwood and wildlife.
